Missing custom fields in update profile page

      Hi,

      I created some custom fields with ACF, then installed ACF premium integration. The custom fields shows correctly in the register page, also in the account page, but they are missing in the edit profile page, as you can see in the attached files.

      Can you help me?

      Hi,

      I tried locally and I don’t have this issue.

      Could you please :

      • Try to save the profile and see if the fields then appear?
      • Check for a plugin conflict
      • Provide temporary admin credentials for a cloned/staging instance where we can try to debug that without affecting your site (post them in a private reply)

      Hi,

      I have deactivated WP-Rocket to make sure WP Customer Area changes were not cached. I’ve permanently deleted and re-created the page “Modifica Profilo”, then I saved the ACF field groups again, and the fields went back.

      Fixed but not sure what happened there, sorry.
