Hi,
otherwise the url of the website directly takes to the login page.
Do you mean that any user browsing the home url of your site will be redirected to the login page and prompted to login?
If yes, I suppose that this is because you’ve set the Customer Area dashboard page (or one of its subpage), as the home page of your site. You can can check that in Settings > Reading >
Your homepage displays.WP Customer Area is a private area and shouldn’t be set as homepage, this can have unexpected effects.
Hope this helps.
Regards.

Hi Thomas,
Yes it it exactly what I mean. I also checked that the home page is set to “home”, here is a screenshot.
Are there any other options?
Thanks a lot for your response.

Hi,
Our plugin should not redirect your homepage
- Does it only happens with WP Customer Area activated?
- I would recommend that you check for a plugin conflict and forΒ a theme conflict
Let me know about the results.
Regards.
