Recheck of admin option when adding a licence

    Hi,

    I don’t know if it is an error, but i unchecked the checkbox “Restrict Access to WordPress Admin Panel” on WPCA config page, and when adding a licence for paied plugin, this recheck this option.

    I don’t know if some other options are modified at this same time.

    Hi,

    Does this also happen when you deactivate all plugins except WPCA? In case it is a plugin conflict?

    Hi Thomas,

    I can’t check this because the website is active and i don’t have a dev copy, my client refuse that because of gdpr and users data.

    my message was perhaps not specific enough, i was talking about wpca addons licences activation, not installing plugin in the wp

    Hi,

    You don’t need to create a staging environement with all the datas imported. You can simply create a copy of the site with the same plugins activated, test if the issue is the same, then deactivate all the plugins, test again, then switch theme, and test again.

    This method allows you to quickly test where the issue comes from. You don’t need to import user’s data for that.
