Request for Plugin Cancellation and Refund

      Good morning,

      The previous web developer for our company had used this plugin on the old website. A new site has since been developed that no longer uses WordPress. However, we were never informed that the plugin was still active. We only realized today when we were charged.

      I kindly ask you to cancel the service and issue a refund for the amount charged today to our credit card.
