saving files sent from customer’s profile

      Good evening,
      I do have a question,  on my website I’ve created a customer profile and tried to send a file to the manager profile.  The file was successfully sent and received, but it was not saved on my dasboard. There are no files. How can I solve? I do need to send documents, files,  but also to save them on my dashobard and also be sure that, once sent, they are no longer editable.
      How can I do?
