Hello, please look at the screenshot. There you can see that it displays some text (in the green frame) that is unnecessary. I don’t know where they come from. I can’t click them or anything, it’s just text. How can I remove these?

      Thank you 🙂

      Hi,

It looks like the interface is broken on your site and not displaying correctly.

      1. Please make sure that this option is actually checked : Settings > WP Customer Area > Frontend > Includes the WP Customer Area skin to provide a stylesheet for the plugin
      2. If yes, for testing purposes, try this theme and let us know if it works better
      3. Also, check for a plugin conflict
      4. Then, if all of the above tests failed, open the developer tools while browsing your site (F12 or CTRL + SHIFT + i), click the “console” tab, and check there if you see any red error, especially something like a 404 error. If yes, take a screenshot and post it there in a private reply.

      Regards.
