User assignment field not showing in “New File”

    Hello, a few days ago the plugin was working perfectly, but now the “user assignment” field is not appearing.

    I’ve tried reinstalling the plugin, clearing the cache, deleting the plugin via cPanel and reinstalling, unchecking and checking all options in the settings, and nothing works.

    Please see the attached image of the missing field.

    What should I do to fix this?

    Hello,

    This is unexpected and this has never been reported.

    I would first recommend to check for a plugin conflict. There’s probably something on your site, like a plugin, conflicting with WPCA, which could prevent this box to be displayed.

    You should normally see an assignment box to let you assign owners, like shown on this documentation.

    Also, you could maybe click the “screen options” located at the top right corner of a post edit screen. It basically allows you to select which boxes should be displayed. For some reason, you’ll probably find the “Assignment” box from WPCA unchecked.
