Very slow to load private pages in front end.

      Hello, i have recently purchased the premium add-ons for the plugin. The main purpose of me purchasing the plugin, was to create a customer portal, where customers could see individual private pages, with relevant information.

      However, in the front end and back-end, the private pages are so so so slow to load, like 2-3mins time.

      could you please help me resolve this issue at the earliest.

      Hi,

      As i have found out, the reason behind this was the following setting : “Show additional information before and after the post in the single post view.”

      Once this setting was toggled off, the problem resolved.

      Consider this support ticket closed.
