Very Very Slow Loading private pages….like 2-3 mins load time.

      Hello, i have recently purchased the premium add-ons for the plugin. The main purpose of me purchasing the plugin, was to create a customer portal, where customers could see individual private pages, with relevant information.

      However, in the front end and back-end, the private pages are so so so slow to load, like 2-3mins time. In comparison every other feature of the plugin and other pages of the main website loads very fast.

      could you please help me resolve this issue at the earliest.

      Hi,

      As i have found out, the reason behind this was the following setting : “Show additional information before and after the post in the single post view.”

      Once this setting was toggled off, the problem resolved.

      Consider this support ticket closed.
