WP Customer Area – Notifications Version 7.1.1

  I am using WP Customer Area 8.2.5 and am getting a notification that “The plugin and the add-ons you have installed may be incompatible.”
  
  Specifically it is recommending that I use WP Customer Area – Notifications 7.1.1 when I have version 7.1.0 installed.
  
  When I go to my account to download the newer version of WP Customer Area – Notifications I see that 7.1.0 is the latest version.
  
  Is this true? Should I ignore the recommendation to update?

  As a paying customer, I would expect at least a reply within 24 hours.
  If you reduce your support quality, then please also reduce the price for the subscription.

  I got the same warning regarding Notification 7.1.1. Please fix either your warning or provide the new updated version. Thanks!

  I got the same message after upgrading main plugin.
  
  Only version 7.1.0 is available for Notification Add-on.

  Thank you for clarifying. I was hoping that the new update would figure out the repeating notifications every time a document is uploaded. When our customers upload multiple documents, they get an email notification for each document. The only option is to turn off the notifications, then we do not know when a client downloads files. Any ideas?

    We’ve identified the issue you’re describing. This is a known limitation, and we’re currently working on improving this behavior to make Notifications smarter and more grouped in future updates.
