You are not allowed to attach more than 1 file

    I am volunteer for an foundation that helps poor childrens  to have a nice holiday.
    http://www.paxkinderhulp.nl We have a Divi WordPress website and want give acces to files. These files are ordered  in 3 categories and each category has several folders. Everybody is allowed to see all files.

    I have installed WP Customer Area and WP Customer Area – DIVI theme compatibility. I made the three categories
    Now I get the message: You are not allowed to attach more than 1 file. What do I have to do to achieve what we need. Do I need an Add-on?

    Indeed you need the enhanced files add-on to add multiple attachments to the same private file.

      You recommend the add-on “Enhance files” to create the files structure we need.
      But we also need that 30 users can access all the files.
      Does did mean that we also need the add-on “Additional owner types” ?

      An question about the billing:
      Can we only pay with a credit card, or can we also pay with Paypal?

      Yes, you will need that too.

      Only with credit card currently

    How to I create a directory structure for each category as show in the printscreen.

    Hi

    That will not be possible without quite some development.

    You can try the base plugin and use categories on the private files. That will give a rather similar structure.
