    Users who have to upload files from the front-end are assigned as follows

    If the administrator shares a file with a specific user, this user sees it when logged in.

    I am sending you a video, the site administrator has shared a file with the user Paolo and this works.
    If user Paolo now wants to upload a file to the private area, this is not possible.

    if I in settings – wp customer area – private files assign ownership to the administrator I do not see the warning but a user with the role ‘Confidential Customer’ cannot attach the file because the attach button is blocked.
