    THE MISSING FILES TRICKY FLOW

    as a test user (subscriber with all permissions) i created 3 files with attachments

    Under “my files” i still see an empty page.

    Only if i click “Created by YOU” i can see those files

    WHERE IS THIS FLOW EXPLAINED IN DETAIL BEFORE PURCHASE?

    I’m cloning my website in a staging environment.

    I will reinstall your plugin and show you all the problems we have…

    We will give you access as admin so you can debug, or try to do it…

    YES I DID IT

    Your issue(s) comes from not being able to get the add-on to perform its basic functions as described on its product page where you bought it.

    YES: for example the reset password error. I’m not using a google re-captcha plugin other than yours. Also the login page used to redirect to the standard wordpress form. The menu in private area was shown twice and used to crash our footer. Not all the text was easy to translate. Now i can’t remember all the issues but there were more.

    You have opened a request on the support forum and gave us all the information we needed to try to resolve your issue and we have not been able to resolve your issue.

    Acutally NO because there were too much errors and features we don’t like, and it takes too much developing effort and wasted time to debug.

    We’re sorry but this is reason is not included in our refund policy.

    This is your policy but there are laws about that… I don’t think you can apply this…

    These are not digital contents such as music or video to be streamed or downloaded and owned

    This is supposed to apply to music and videos as described in european regulamentation ANYWAY: YOU ARE THE FIRST DEVELOPER WHO PUTS ALL THIS EFFORT FOR NOT TO REFUND UNSATISFIED CUSTOMERS! THIS IS A SHAME!

    I read a post about this and now i understand why that customer was so upset!

    Well, according to your policy, we just changed our mind and we don’t want to use your plugin and extensions. We uninstalled and replaced your plugins.

    These are not digital contents such as music or video to be streamed or downloaded and owned, please refund without asking any other development effort.

    The plugins is not good for us: we had lot of problems such as:

    -reset password gives “invalid key”

    -the plugin is not 100% compatible with our theme

    -the admin bar is shown to users

    – the file upload is tricky… you always need to create a file and then attach a file in it… we replaced with another simple plugin

    – the menu appears twice per page and it’s tricky to setup
