    Hi Emmanuel!

I wish I could do this:

“For this reason, the safest and most reliable approach is to start from a full clone of your existing website and then apply your redesign on top of it.”

However this only solves the problem in a specific point of time. While we work on the new website (it could be weeks), new files will be created in the old website and we will lost them as we will not be able to migrate to the new website. So as far as I understand, this is not an option…

Maybe using a plugin like wp all import, would help? I am open to every possibility.

We are developers, so I don’t have any problem moving some tables, but I should know what we need to move exactly…

    Thanks!

    Hi Emmanuel!

    Thanks for your answer 🙂

However it is not possible to do a full migration, because we are redesigning the website and some funcionalities and content will be different (theme for example) and a full ddbb backup will break some things.

Are there separated tables for your plugin data? How can I move the data you exposed in step 1, without moving the whole website:
    – private files metadata
    – private pages
    – relationships (owners, customers, assignments, etc.)
    – plugin settings and add-on configurations

    Thanks!

    Hello!

Somebody there? Is support still active?

    Thanks
