I’m working with James First–our new website coordinator. On 09/09, James updated our account email, so jfirst@synergyinsurance.com is current.
The standing problem is that when I try to update the add-ons. Our sub is active, but the add-ons do not update. The image links below show our add-on page and plugin page. I took care to follow the procedure (more than once) for updating add-ons and the main plugin (disable all add-ons & WPCA, update add-ons, update WPCA, then re-activate the add-ons and the main plugin).
Are the API keys (as shown on the add-ons image link) correct for the latest add-on versions? I even tried the master api key for each one without success.
So, the bottom line, we still need to update the five add-ons to their latest versions, before September 30 renewal if possible.
Your help is much appreciated!

The commercial Search add-on (463-Professional) is not updating to the latest version. We renew this add-on each year, and the license shows as active on our website. However, the Search add-on remains Version 4.0.1. It should be 4.1.0.
I’ve disabled, updated, and reactivated all WPCA add-ons and the plugin. No success with fixing the Search feature.
Is there a problem with my getting Version 4.1.0?
