I am almost there!
I am able to create a private file using gravityforms post creation addon, but I am not successful at setting the owner.
I have tried various merge tags to set the logged in user, the username, the user display name, but after submitting the form, the private file is created, but it shows as assigned to “unknown”.
Any guidance or hints would be celebrated.

I will dig into the customer-area/src/php/functions you mentioned and see what trouble I can cause. Happy Holidays too!
Eric MileyParticipant# 1 year, 11 months agoThank you for the response, I understand what your saying. With that, I may not be able to do what I’m needing to do for now at least, but the client may not care either way.
I have to use gravity forms because I’m using an addon that allows uploading large files straight to an S3 bucket and bypasses the server. This will be a custom voice over video upload site and I’m expecting huge file sizes.
If our client really presses for it, would you have desire/availability to implement the gravity forms solutions for us? If you had time and wanted to do it, is there any idea how much something like that would cost?
Thanks again!
