    The user @Nicolas has opened a new topic (3 days ago) and you have responded him. My post, from 1 week ago is still waiting for it.

    What is happening with WP Customer Area support???

    It’s a disgrace that you treat your customers this way, since this is a paid plugin, not a free one…

    I was just about to publish a post about this (i’m a plugin client). The latest version has created a regression: the forgotten password and reset password pages are no longer accessible. The plugin developers are making fixes but seems not really testing the entire process for regressions.

    It’s a pitty that we, the users, have to explain the issues in plugin we paid for…
    I hope the support department takes responsibility, because that’s why we pay a subscription.

    I do not agree at all with the way this company manages the plugin, unanswered posts and very high response times, very bad.
