    Hi again,

    I had tested an old launch copy of the site from 2019 and the menu was in the dashboard menu as expected but the dropdown menu wasn’t working already (it worked in the original site). Then updated WP Customer Area plugin only (not the add ons) to the current version and the menu disappeared so I’m pretty sure it’s the plugin version causing it. Client wasn’t aware when exactly the menu disappeared but he remembered seeing it still there back in January this year so I think maybe a plugin version since then might have caused the issue?     Hi Thomas,

    No, it was built on a custom theme which we haven’t had any issues with for other sites using generic WP Customer Area settings/code for the members area. Unfortunately the person who built it has left the company so we’re not too sure of the details but from what we understand the menu should have appeared on every page of the member’s area rather than just some of the sub pages. Also on the sub pages, the dropdown menus don’t work but the other menu items without dropdown menus work fine. Is there an additional code that we were supposed to include?

    Hey guys,

    Sorry took me some time to find this thread, not clear when I go to my support page?

    Anyway, you asked that we deactivate plugins and see if it is a conflict which I can now confirm has been done with no success. Can you guys please jump in and look into it for me?

    Let me know what sort of site access you need and please confirm this conversation is private?
