I deleted and re-downloaded the plugin. It didn’t make any difference but i did find a solution. I had to reset all settings to default and that fixed everything!
While I have you here, would you mind helping me out with something else real quick? When users click on their files or pages that are assigned to them, theres some info at the top of the page that appears that i DONT want to appear (see screenshot). How can i disable this info from showing up?
