Can you please assist urgently.Well, this is actually your first post and nobody actually reported that issue yet. But anyway, as I said, we’ll make all our efforts to resolve your issue, since it is an issue really preventing you use the whole software 🙂 Don’t worry.License keys for commercial add-ons
Still showing problems for the 2nd year. When will this be resolved??Licenses keys reports shouldn’t prevent you to use the add-ons. It would only prevent you to get notifications updates, which is absolutely not a concern about the softwares functionnalities. However, we can also, there, put any investigation effort to resolve that 🙂—-Let’s handle that in the correct order, if you’d agree. We’ll first investigate the login issue.First thing I notice is that your add-ons are not up-to-date. Since it is very hard to debug out-of-date add-ons, would you please agree to :- create a staging/cloned instance of your site so you can make some modifications on your site without touching your live site in any way
- update WPCA main plugin and all its add-on to the latest versions
- check for some plugin conflict
We’ll then be able to investigate further, and for sure, we’ll find the reason about this message, but those first steps would be first required.
Let me know when its done and we’ll go threw the next debugging step.
