Yes, our plugin works on WordPress multisite installations.

WP Customer Area requires at least version WordPress 4.7 and we make sure to be compatible with each new version.

Currently, the vast majority of plugins are working nicely along WP Customer Area. However, a couple of plugins are regularly reported as incompatible:

• WPML: breaks a lot of the WP Customer Area features
• NextGen Gallery: breaks private file downloading

Most themes appear to be working nicely too. However, a few of them may require a few tweaks, most of the time:

• CSS tweaks, which can be solved by either editing the theme’s stylesheet, or creating your own WP Customer Area skin
• Bootstrap conflicts, which can be solved by following our guidelines to resolve Bootstrap conflicts

Finally, most of the page builders except the Divi Builder are reported to not work properly for private content. You will not be able to use their features for our content types (private files, conversations, projects, etc.). They do not break any feature though and just need to be turned off for our custom post types. That said, plugin integration is doable with custom CSS styling.
