Hi, is there any way to include a PDF viewer into the private area ? I’d like my clients to be able to see their PDF directly in the browser instead of automatically downloading it.

      Thanks for your answer

      Hi,

      Hi,

The Enhanced Files add-on is actually managing that.

It adds a field where you can add some file extensions to open inline. If the browser is capable of that, the file (PDF, MP3, MP4, etc..) will be opened in your browser, else, it will be downloaded.

If you add another button, in most cases, you’ll just get two buttons that will just download the file, because your user can browse your site using safari, opera or some other ligthweight or mobile or even outdated browsers that do not include PDF viewers and others.

Do not hesitate if you need more explanations.

      Regards.

Thank you for your answer. However I was thinking about any PDF viewer plugin like PDF Embedder or EmbedPress, PDF.js, etc… Or even a flipbook plugin. Something allowing the customer to visualize a PDF directly into their private area.

        Hi,

Currently, we have not integrated any PDF viewer plugins like PDF Embedder, EmbedPress, PDF.js, or flipbook plugins into the platform. As of now, there are no plans to add this functionality.

If you have any other questions or need further assistance, feel free to reach out.

        Best Regards,
