Quickly identify what has been updated
The Unread Documents add-on will allow you to see if your documents have been updated since the last time you read them.
A visual indicator will be added on the dashboard and on the listing pages for each document which has been updated.
The Unread Documents add-on is of course compatible with our other add-ons: for instance, projects will be marked as updated if someone adds a new document to the project, task lists will get marked as updated when a task gets checked, etc.
While viewing a document, you will also find a new button on the toolbar that allows you to mark the document as “unread” in case you want to finish reading it later.
