    Hi,

    we are already using Wp Private Area. Our client would be interested in adding features, especially:

    1.Show a file to more people;
    2.Notify the customer/s whenever a file is uploaded;
    3.Allow the customer to upload a file.

    We would like to know if these things are feasible with addons and which addons we should choose for the requests they made us.

    One last thing, is the price of the addon intended as a fee to be paid once a year or is it paid only once at the time of purchase?

    Hi,

    1. Assigning files to many users is handled by the Additional Owner Types add-on.
    2. Notifying is handled by the Notifications add-on.
    3. Allowing users to upload files is handled by the Front Office Publishing add-on.

    You pay once a year. The licenses gives you access to updates for the paids add-ons for a year, however, you’ll still be able to use the add-ons you purchased even if you don’t renew the next year. Of course, if you don’t renew, you’ll stop receiving new updates.
