Cannot download PDF invoice

    Hello i just bought the invoice add-on.

    Only i am not able to download the invoices.
    I tried making new ones but they also dont work.
    I just get the standard wordpress critical error screen.

    Can someone help me?

    After doing some research  i found out that HTML2PDF does not like my company logo.
    I tried different file formats and rescaling both dit not work

    Can someone look at this?

    Hi,

    Could you upload your logo there in a private reply ?

    Also, please let me know which invoice template you are trying to use.

    Also, a WordPress critical error screen showing up means that there is a PHP error. I guess it is actually happening when the PDF is being generated (can be for instance because the image is too big). Could you please take a look at your PHP error logs? You should be able to find a related error. Then paste it there in a private reply.

    Hello,

    The error actually tells that the library cannot get the size of the image. I am actually suspecting that your PHP configuration is missing some extensions.

    Could you please contact your hosting provider and ask him if those extensions are actually installed ?

    Alternatively, you can check that yourself by temporarily creating a phpinfo file on your server.
