Can’t activate API Key (divi compatibility addon)

    Hei!

    I have the Divi Compatibility add on downloaded and installed.

    When I try to paste the api key on Licence Key WordPress area, a message appears saying: Unknown error while activating the license. I tried the universal key, the product key, and all the combinations. Also I “bought” and downloaded the Divi Compatibility add on and still happens the same.

    Could you help me please?

    Hi,

    Could you check if outgoing requests may be blocked by your server firewall or hosting provider?
