Downloading personal files

      Hi,
      sorry to bother, I’m not a developer but I’m looking to create for a client an apparently simple Membership area where:

      • the registration is free
      • the administrator occasionally can upload documents or invoices to single specific registered members that eventually can download their files

      Do I need “Enhanced Files add ons” in order to achieve this?
