Impossible to download private files from Google Chrome mobile version

    I have WP Customer area and the theme DIVI, there is a plug-in for compatibility.

     

    I can download private files from computer, but I have a problem downloading with google chrome (mobile phone version). How can I solve it ?

    Hi,

    Could you check the server setup? What kind of response do you get when downloading from mobile? Does it work with another theme?

      When someone download the file from chrome with his mobile phone, the file says that it has problems and it can’t be openned. There is no problem with other explorer as mozilla ou edge. I cannot change the theme. Do you know if there is a compatibility problem with the theme Divi. Can I solve it ?

      Hi,

      I have no idea why there is that behaviour on Chrome mobile. It could be many things, related to the web server setup, to your WP theme, to other plugins. I have no idea. Sorry.
