No discounts on multiple add-ons order

    Hi, I placed the order WPCA-020828 some days ago, so I expected to receive a discount of 20%, but it didn’t happen. Moreover, today I would like to buy other three add-ons, nut I have no idea how to add these new to the ones previously bought, in order to receive a 30% discount.

    Anyway, please let me know if there are applicable discount.

    I don’t understand what to refund. I thougth you wanted to keep current add-ons and add 3 more.

    Hi,

    For that discount to apply, you need to purchase all the 12 addons in the same purchase. This is why I asked you to buy all add-ons you need in 1 shot. However there has been a misunderstanding.

    Can you purchase all 12 add-ons in the same purchase? The discount will appear on the checkout page automatically.

    I will refund the 2 purchases you have done just before.
