Sending email notification

    Good morning, the Notifications plugin does not send emails to site administrators when there is a file download. Although all settings are correct and the sending of the email appears in the log, no message appears in the inbox. We tried the plugin on a testing domain and everything worked, we deactivated the license on the testing domain and activated it on the new domain and it no longer works. How can we solve it?

    Hi,

    Our plugin uses the WordPress core mail functions.

    If the log is there, it means the notification gets properly passed to WordPress. I think your email is getting blocked after that.

    You would need to check your server configuration to see what is preventing the email to get out.
