    Hi,

    Is the page in question a standard WordPress “private” page, or is it a private page created via WPCA? Please send us a screenshot of the page in question in the administration interface.

    How is the redirection to the login page configured? Do you use a plugin, custom code or some other method?

    During your tests, were you logged in as admin, contributor, or another role with access to this “private” page?

    Currently, we have not integrated any PDF viewer plugins like PDF Embedder, EmbedPress, PDF.js, or flipbook plugins into the platform. As of now, there are no plans to add this functionality.

    The WPCA menu is only displayed on WPCA pages, unless you assign the WPCA menu to a theme menu location (e.g. theme main menu, theme secondary menu).

    Hi,

    The menu inside the Customer Area does not appear immediately, but there is only a + to open it.

     

    At first glance, it would appear that you have an incompatibility with the theme. Can you try applying the twenty twelve theme or a classic WordPress theme and check the behavior? This would allow us to eliminate any hypotheses.

    If it works, reapply your theme and check for errors in the dev tools console (js errors).

    Also, the front-end file upload does not work in the classic mode.

    What’s not working? What behavior do you observe? Can you also check for js errors in devtools?

    Also, with surprise, I saw that I had 2 activations left out of a maximum of 5.

    You can check in your account activations and delete unwanted domains.

    Hi,

    Hi,

    The Enhanced Files add-on is actually managing that.

    It adds a field where you can add some file extensions to open inline. If the browser is capable of that, the file (PDF, MP3, MP4, etc..) will be opened in your browser, else, it will be downloaded.

    If you add another button, in most cases, you’ll just get two buttons that will just download the file, because your user can browse your site using safari, opera or some other ligthweight or mobile or even outdated browsers that do not include PDF viewers and others.

    Do not hesitate if you need more explanations.

    Can you try to update your VAT number again via My Account > VAT number?

    Could you please give me screenshots of the widgets page as well as the front end?

    Also, could you try adding some basic WordPress widgets (text widget for example)? This would allow us to see if the basic widgets work and if they display anything.

    Unfortunately, it is not possible to create or modify categories from the front office. This is only possible via the WordPress administration interface.

    Please make sure that the file type you are uploading is png or jpg and that its size does not exceed 512 kb.

    Yes, this functionality is provided by the Front end publishing add-on.

    2. If and when the end user uploads or downloads files, can the administrator be notified via email?
