Participant# 4 years, 3 months agoHi,
Did you update the base plugin too?

Participant# 4 years, 3 months agoYou can write the code I have given and adapt your own hook in order to be compatible with the next release.

Participant# 4 years, 3 months agoActually I have done it slightly differently. Here is what I have modified:
// customer-area-notifications/src/php/helpers/notifications-mailer-helper.class.php // LINE 113 // Gather attachments $attachments = apply_filters( 'cuar/notifications/attachments', [], $recipient_id, $notification_id, $post_id, $notif_settings, $extra ); // Send the email $this->send_email( $from_name, $from_address, $to_name, $to_address, $email_subject, $email_body, $email_format, $attachments ); // LINE 145 public function send_email($from_name, $from_address, $to_name, $to_address, $subject, $body, $format, $attachments) // LINE 170 @wp_mail($to, $subject, $body, $headers, $attachments);Vincent Mimoun-Prat
Participant# 4 years, 3 months agoHi,
Yes, we could perfectly do that indeed.
I will add this so that you get the same filter in the next addon update.

Participant# 4 years, 4 months agoYou sure can use bbPress alongside of WP Customer Area. The integration of the two plugins will not be as nice as with our add-ons but if you really need a forum, then that could be the way to go.

Participant# 4 years, 4 months agoHi,
I have marked it as private anyway. We probably have a bug in the bbPress forum preventing you from posting private replies :/

Participant# 4 years, 4 months agoHi,
We are using regular WordPress tables.
Users are regular WP users (wp_users table).
Our private posts are regular WP posts (wp_posts table, the ones with post_type starting with « cuar_ »)
And the rest is just options and meta (user_meta and post_meta).
As a consequence, any decent migration tool should be fine to do the job. For instance WP Migrate DB.

Did you write an email to shop@wp-customerarea.com as instructed? We would need you past purchase details.
See there for more details: https://wp-customerarea.com/wp-customer-area-gets-a-new-website/

Participant# 4 years, 4 months agoHi,
Cards are checked and processed by the Stripe platform, we have no way to change how it works.
The zip is your postal code, the one from the city to which the card is attached (your company address usually).
There is more information about that on Stripe website: https://stripe.com/docs/disputes/prevention/verification

Participant# 4 years, 5 months agowhile tackling this they said wordpress users would not be able to access files within the root folder
That’s the point : no one should be able to access those secured files directly. Our PHP script will act as a proxy, or firewall, protecting those files and distributing them only to the users who are really allowed to get them.
S3 is not available currently on our side, sorry.

Participant# 4 years, 5 months agoAlso, in addition to what Thomas said, we have another fix in preparation for the categories not showing up. I think we have identified a possible bug in our code which would always hide empty categories regardless of the widget setting.
in reply to: Create folders and subfoldersVincent Mimoun-Prat
Participant# 4 years, 5 months agoCurrently nothing new as I have not been able to reproduce it myself: all empty categories are hidden.
Have you tried looking for a conflict with another plugin or with your theme?

Participant# 4 years, 5 months agoHi,
I have not tested with Polylang. I know however that it does not work with WPML.
Current workaround is to install the customer area on a multisite WordPress, one site per language, where no multilang wil be active.

Participant# 4 years, 5 months agoHi,
I don’t know where that message comes from, it does not belong to our plugin. Maybe from your theme?

Participant# 4 years, 5 months agoHi,
Yes, that fix is already in our code, and will be part of our next release.
You can already apply the changes below on your website if you want to.

Participant# 4 years, 5 months agoHi
You are running the latest version of the plugin? Which version of WordPress are you using?

Participant# 4 years, 5 months agoBonjour,

Participant# 4 years, 5 months agoHi,
Maybe the user viewing the categories does not have any content in some of the categories (in which case they would be hidden)
