    Bonjour,

Please also note that you need to install WP customer area 8.0+ and the latest add-ons in order for the new licence keys to work.

    Hi

Just activate it with the license you have received in your purchase confirmation email or you can also find that on the my account page here.

    Hi

I think that was WP eMember.

Idea is to assign some different role between members and regular users.

And publish the content for all users having the “member” role (using our additional owner types add-on).

    Regards

    Hi

Then we will have a look. There may be something broken in the widgets after the last update. This may take a couple of weeks as this is summer holiday for us.

Have you created the cuar.php template ?

Here is the documentation page which mentions it: https://wp-customerarea.com/documentation/developer-guides/theme-development/

You can also have a look at our TwentyTwelve+ theme which shows some tricks.

    Hi,

Have you tried checking the option to restrict to non empty categories in the widget settings?

In which database table are the billing address values stored?

To put you on tracks, the addresses are stored in the options table, with some particular key names. As Thomas said, have a look at the plugin source code to know exactly how the key is composed.

We use the options table because we do not attach the address always to a user. It can be attached to a project, or user group for example. Hence we could not user the usermeta table.

    Hi,

We’re thinking about purchasing the Design extras add-on, would this add-on allow us to modify this?

Not really, it does other things.

You could have a look at the FAQ : Changing the titles

    Hi

This is what our enhanced files add-on allows to do.

    Hi

We do not have bundles anymore but offer big quantity discounts.

Just add all add-ons to your cart and a 50% discount should be applied to the final price.

    Hi,

    1. This is what the front-office publishing add-on allows to do.
    2. There is a known incompatibility between our plugin and WooCommerce. You should rename the My Account page from WP Customer Area, or at least give it a slug which is not the same as « my-account »
    3. Indeed you cannot remove the pages. You can however remove them from any menu (Appearance > Menus > WP Customer Area main navigation menu)

    Hi,

We have already replied via email to the same question. Below is the answer we already gave on Jun 11, 2021, 10:45 AM (4 days ago).

    Regards,

    Data is structured like that:

    – Task lists are stored inside custom post type « cuar_tasklist »
    – Tasks are stored inside custom post type « cuar_task » and their post_parent column indicate the task list to which they belong to

I think you are properly duplicating the task list posts, but not the task posts associated with that task list.

    Hi

We use Stripe like millions of other companies for online payments. Nothing is processed or stored on our servers, everything is processed by Stripe.

We do not offer any other payment method. Sorry.
