      I tried to update it but I can’t, it takes me to login and nothing happen.

      If I log out and try to log in , it does not recognize my user: moe@npeglobal.com

      Hi,

      I’m not sure I understand your issue.

      Your account does not have any purchase attached. We re-made our site in march 2021. If you bought thoses licenses prior to this date, you’ll need to buy some licenses again on our new site (ew licensing system, new keys, etc…).

      If your license is older than one year, you can simply buy a new license on this new site. Else, check this post so we can give you a discount to renew, minus the amount of time left on your old licenses.
