This was a bug in a previous version. However it has been fixed since then. If you don’t have the latest version, please update them.

Otherwise, some users had reported changing their WordPress salts fixed the issue.

You can generate them using their generator: https://api.wordpress.org/secret-key/1.1/salt/

And then paste than in your wp-config.php file.

But we also need that 30 users can access all the files.
Does did mean that we also need the add-on “Additional owner types” ?

Can we only pay with a credit card, or can we also pay with Paypal?

That will not be possible without quite some development.

You can try the base plugin and use categories on the private files. That will give a rather similar structure.

It looks like you are using WP Customer Area 7.x

You need to update both the main plugin and the add-ons to the latest version.

1/ we do not handle payments so no problem here

2/ both plugins can run side by side indeed. You would have to make your own integration though as we do not have any add-on for that

3/ indeed we use bootstrap 4. You can however provide a different skin if needed (see our skin system documentation)

As indicated, the paypal gateway add-on works together with the invoicing add-on. There are no settings available if the invoicing add-on is not installed.

The paypal gateway add-on does nothing by itself.
