Participant# 3 years, 7 months agoHi,
True, here is the (easy) fix if you do not want to wait for the official release:

Participant# 3 years, 7 months agoHi,
Regarding WordPress 6, we have not yet tested the plugin for it, but there should be no issue apart from a few warning (which can easily be fixed until we publish our update, see https://gitlab.com/wp-customerarea/plugins/customer-area/-/commit/e8df7d47a20c3cecb747f1ed2eaae9466a9955b4).
Regarding PHP 8, this is harder, WordPress is making it rather hard on developers to ask to maintain PHP versions dating back to 5.6… Currently we have not worked on PHP 8 support, as we had set other priorities.
That said, if you have any precise error/behaviour in a particular screen which you think is related to PHP8, do not hesitate to report it here, sometimes this is an easyfix and we will include that in the next release.

I have a patch that could be tested. Would you agree to test it?
Here is the change in question

Participant# 3 years, 7 months agoHi,
Sometimes there can be network failures when installing a plugin, if a file is missing or is corrupted, the plugin will not work properly of course.
You should not have to upload the files frequently. You must check however when you update a plugin that it is properly uploaded.
Glad the issue is solved!

Participant# 3 years, 7 months agoHi,
Even with ftp access we will not be able to troubleshoot this for you. I have already spent time to explain that to you via email, you will need to contact a WP developer in your area, or your server administrator, so that he/she can figure out what could be going wrong. You have moved your database from a server to another, and most probably in the process you have forgotten to migrate some paths in the options table.

Participant# 3 years, 7 months agoHi,
Have you tried to look for a plugin conflict or to switch to one of the default themes to check that?

Participant# 3 years, 8 months agoHi,
This has nothing to do with pages. This is simply the space allocated to the content of the private file post.
You can change everything displayed by the plugin by using our template system.
Please have a look at the template system documentation in order to see how to use it (turn on debug information and then locate the file to override).
Regards

Participant# 3 years, 8 months agoHi,
You have not inserted your VAT number in the original purchase. Hence this has not been considered as a B2B transaction. This is why VAT number does not appear and why VAT has been charged.
I cannot change that as the amount has already been charged and the invoice produced. Our accountant declares that VAT to the EU counter in charge of collecting VAT. Please see with your accountant how to claim that amount on your side.

Participant# 3 years, 8 months agoHi,
Our plugin uses the core WordPress users. You can try to disable the plugin you are using to check if that comes from it.

Participant# 3 years, 8 months agoHi,
I think I found it.
Could you please replace the following file in your addon folder?
wp-content/plugins/customer-area-login-form/src/php/wp-login-helper.class.phpVincent Mimoun-Prat
Participant# 3 years, 8 months agoLe code correct est celui-là. Désolé.
`function wpca_create_user_lists($user_id) { $tasks_addon = cuar_addon('tasks'); $task_list_id = $tasks_addon->create_list( 'Fichiers à envoyer', 'Merci de déposer les documents indiqués dans la liste ci-dessous dans l\'onglet "Envoyer mes fichiers"', ['usr' => [$user_id]] ); $tasks_addon->create_task($task_list_id, 'Ma tache a accomplir', 5); } add_action('user_register','wpca_create_user_lists');`in reply to: Assigner des tâches identiques à chaque utilisateurVincent Mimoun-Prat
Participant# 3 years, 8 months agoBonjour,
C’est le comportement attendu. Nous n’avons pas activé la modification des informations du compte pour cette extension (pour des raisons de sécurité).
L’idée est de passer par l’interface d’administration WordPress pour modifier l’utilisateur là bas.
